Failed Generations

If generation fails, the credits used for that attempt are automatically returned to your account balance. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. If the credits do not reappear, contact support with your video ID.

Successful Videos

Successfully generated videos are not refundable. AI results can vary in motion, facial details, and scene interpretation. Review your photos and settings before generating.

Likeness Concerns

If a successfully generated video looks clearly unlike the person in your reference photo, contact support through your account. Include your video ID and a short explanation so we can review the result and help resolve it. Review does not guarantee a cash refund.

Credit Packs

Packs are one-time purchases, and unused credits do not expire. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. The successful-video policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
