A few things before the world ends
Photos, credits, and what happens next. Here are the answers before you make your story.
Making your zombie video
How long does a video take?
Generation usually takes a few minutes. Busy periods can take longer. Your finished story is 12 seconds long.
Will it look like us?
Clear photos give the AI a better chance of keeping your features. Results can vary. If a video looks clearly unlike you, contact support through your account.
Can I use my pet?
Yes. Use a clear photo of your dog or cat and a separate photo of yourself. Choose pet mode for a story about your bond.
Photos and privacy
Can I use a celebrity photo?
No. Do not upload celebrities or other public figures. Only use photos of adults who have agreed to appear.
Can children appear?
No. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, even with parental permission.
How long are my photos stored?
Your uploaded photos are used only to generate your video and are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Credits, sharing and help
What happens if generation fails?
The credits used for a failed generation are automatically returned to your balance. Successfully generated videos are not refundable.
Can I post on TikTok or use the video commercially?
You can share your video on TikTok or Reels and use it commercially if you have the necessary photo, likeness, and audio rights. Follow platform rules, label AI content when required, and do not imply a real event or endorsement.
Which photo formats and video ratios work?
Use JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. Videos default to vertical 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, and you can choose 16:9 landscape instead. Check the generator for current upload size limits.
How do I get help?
Sign in and open Support in your dashboard. Include your video ID and what went wrong. Never send payment details or someone else’s photo without permission.
