How credits work
Credits are how you pay for videos here. You buy a pack once, the credits sit in your account, and you spend them only when you press generate. Your balance is always shown before you start, so you know the cost of each story up front.
What a credit buys
Credits go toward one finished 12-second zombie video: four scenes, the warm memory ending, and music. A Standard video uses 100 credits. Every mode and scene costs the same: couple, family, friend, or pet, snowy cabin, rainy city, or abandoned supermarket.
Standard or HD
Standard renders at 480p and uses 100 credits. It looks right on a phone and is the easy way to try a story. HD renders at 720p and uses 200 credits, for sharper faces when you want to keep or share the video for longer.
Failed generations come back
If a video fails, the credits it used return to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask or open a ticket. Videos that generate successfully are not refundable, so check your photos before you press generate.
No subscription
You pay once per pack. Nothing renews, nothing bills you next month, and unused credits never expire, so you can come back for the next story whenever you are ready.
